Combined with customer demand, to give out the specific implementation of fully automated automotive USB module assembly line, and has been recognized by the customer, reached a cooperation;

The fully automated assembly equipment designed and manufactured is "Fully Automatic Car USB Module Assembly Line", including vibration plate loading, fully automatic assembly, automatic labeling, automatic screw-driving, automatic discharging, MES manufacturing inventory data upload and other functions;

After the fully-automatic car USB module assembly line was put into use, all the data performance is excellent, far beyond the expectation, the output is more than 360 pieces per hour, saving 6 operators, greatly improving the production efficiency.
